Catalyst Expands Team with Two Senior Directors

The Catalyst Property Group team is already growing. We’re thrilled to announce that Kyle Winston is joining as Senior Director, Retail and Brayden Graham is joining as Senior Director, Multi-Family.

Kyle Winston brings a wealth of experience in multifamily, retail, and office sectors to Catalyst Property Group. Most recently, he contributed to over $1 billion in total transaction volume with a national multifamily investment sales group, helping national owners expand their portfolios across the United States. Previously, Kyle served as an asset manager at a Chicago-based brokerage firm, where he oversaw 500,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties. He holds a degree in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Kansas Business School.

Brayden Graham comes to Catalyst with significant commercial real estate experience, most recently transacting more than $150M in multifamily investment sales volume during his tenure at MMG Real Estate Advisors. Growing up in a commercial real estate family, Brayden developed an early understanding of the industry. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas and gained valuable experience at Odyssey Real Estate Capital and JEDunn Capital Partners before joining Catalyst. Licensed in Kansas, Brayden is known for his comprehensive market knowledge and analytical approach to achieving successful results for his clients.
