Now, vacancies are incredibly rare and rents have continued to grow every year.

What started as a pure leasing assignment for the center’s original developer turned into an investment sale. Jeff and Wendy represented the long term owner, who had no desire to sell, and Jeff knew the buyer, a long-term client who had wanted to purchase the property for more than a decade. The opportunity was too good for either party to pass up, and the center was sold off-market.
