Alli Ramsey joins Catalyst Property Group as an active participant in Kansas City’s commercial real estate community, focusing on retail landlord leasing, tenant representation and investment sales. Alli was raised in a commercial real estate family – specifically the retail and shopping center sectors.  Thus, she honed her considerable skills from a front-row seat and irreplaceable firsthand experience.

Originally hailing from Omaha, NE, Alli moved to Kansas City in 2011 to attend Rockhurst University. Alli graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (majoring in Accounting with a minor in Political Science) and then earned her MBA from Rockhurst shortly thereafter. After a stint in investment banking, Alli turned her attention to all aspects of retail brokerage, and most recently served as a Colliers International Vice President in the Retail Services Group.  Alli joined Catalyst in 2025, bringing considerable experience leasing an expansive portfolio ranging from neighborhood strip centers to power centers, and partnering with a variety of landlords from local investors to REITs.  Alli takes pride in curating the perfect tenant mix and maximizing the value of her clients’ assets.

Alli is also adept at representing local, regional, and national tenants in their site selection process, and assists with market planning strategies for expansions and relocations. Alli is honored to work with brands such as Hibbett Sports, Anytime Fitness, Gen Korean BBQ, Oak Street Health, Chicken Salad Chick, Applebee’s, and SpeeDee Oil Change among many others.

Alli holds her licenses as a real estate salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri. Her expertise is further demonstrated through holding the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, recognizing Alli’s mastery of commercial real estate investment and financial analysis. Alli was proud to be honored as one of Ingram’s Magazine’s “20 in Their Twenties” in 2022, and was named a Top Producer by WIRED in 2021,  Beyond her professional achievements, Alli’s active involvement in organizations such as the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and CCIM, coupled with her dedication to community initiatives like Lead to Read and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, underscore her commitment to driving collaborative growth and making a positive impact beyond the realm of commercial real estate.

Alli lives in Roeland Park with her husband, Nick, and their chocolate labrador, Norman. In her downtime she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, and trying out new restaurants.
