Starting as a college intern property manager, Mark discovered early on that commercial real estate was his calling. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked across all aspects of the industry, guiding top brands in strategic site selection and execution while continuing to learn, adapt and grow as professional. He has also collaborated with commercial property owners on development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, and identifying income-generating opportunities. His clients includes new to market concepts, national brands and strong local businesses, having represented companies like Panera Bread, Holiday Inn, Popeyes, Sherwin Williams, MOD Pizza, Arby’s, Pizza Hut, Five Guys, Mattress Firm, Caribou Coffee, Capriotti’s and many more.

Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Mark is an active member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Realtors, and various local Chambers of Commerce. He is also a dedicated volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Mark’s expertise has earned him multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards for top retail volumes, and in 2019, he was honored with induction into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. He has participated as an industry expert on many speaking panels, articles and interviews.

Mark and his wife, Kathy, are lifelong Kansas City residents having raised their two sons in Leawood, Kansas. They now stay busy raising an overactive dog, amongst other hobbies.
