Catalyst Brings Popular Chicken Salad Chick Restaurants to Kansas City Metro Area

Catalyst Property Group represents the local franchisees for Chicken Salad Chick, one of the hottest new restaurant concepts in the country!

The Overland Park location will open this Summer at 9222 Metcalf in the Regency Park Shopping Center (formerly LaFuente). The franchisees – JoAnne Williams and Cindy Sulzman of Chickskan, LLC, have the exclusive rights to develop restaurants in Johnson and Douglas counties, Kansas.

The Lee’s Summit location opened in December 2024 at 1020 NW Pryor Rd in the Streets of West Pryor by Drake Development. Alan and Kendra Greenwood have exclusive rights to develop restaurants in Liberty and Blue Springs as well.

Founded in 2008 by Stacy and Kevin Brown in Auburn, Alabama, Chicken Salad Chick has grown into the nation’s only fast-casual restaurant concept dedicated exclusively to freshly made chicken salad.
