Coleby Henzlik and Jeff Berg assisted JPMorgan Chase Bank in planning and implementing their strategy to build a network of high-profile branches and ATMs in the Kansas City metro market.  Adam Blue and Scott Miller represented the landlord, a local family, in their goal to find a long-term lease with high-credit tenant for their property. Both the landlord and the tenant achieved their goals with this 9,000 square feet flagship Chase branch — the first in the State of Kansas — located at one of the highest-profile intersections in the Kansas City MSA.
