Kyle Winston brings a wealth of experience in multifamily, retail, and office acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and asset management to his role at Catalyst. Most recently, Kyle worked as a broker with a national multifamily investment sales group, specializing in client acquisitions and dispositions of apartment buildings across the United States. In this role, he contributed to over $1 billion in total transaction volume, focusing on helping national owners expand their portfolios and establish a presence in new markets.

Before his work in multifamily, Kyle held multiple roles at a boutique brokerage and management company in Chicago, IL. He started as an investment sales analyst and later served as an asset manager, where he oversaw 500,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties. Kyle also played a key role in office and retail acquisitions across the Midwest.

Kyle holds a degree in Finance with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Kansas Business School.

Outside of work, Kyle and his wife Emma live in Prairie Village with their goldendoodle, Murphy. A passionate sports fan and Kansas City native, Kyle is an avid supporter of the Chiefs, Royals, and Jayhawks. He also enjoys spending his free time traveling and playing golf with friends.
