Brayden Graham joins the Catalyst Property Group with a wide array of Commercial Real Estate experience. Most recently he transacted more than $150M in total multifamily investment sales volume during a 2-year span at MMG Real Estate Advisors. Brayden grew up in a commercial real estate family – gaining a front row seat to a very successful industrial development and construction program.

Brayden hails from the Kansas City area, where he attended Rockhurst High School and graduated in 2019. From there he earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas while taking leadership roles in various real estate clubs. Brayden interned at Odyssey Real Estate Capital in Las Vegas, NV during college, where he specialized in underwriting industrial development deals. Shortly thereafter he joined JEDunn Capital Partners sourcing capital and underwriting multifamily development deals. 

Brayden joins the multifamily practice at Catalyst, where he sources and acquires deals throughout Kansas City and Midwest markets. Brayden holds his real estate salesperson license in Kansas.  Brayden’s clients praise his in-depth knowledge of local and national multifamily markets, where he leverages comprehensive market data, constructs financial models, and strategizes in depth to understand their complete objectives for successful results.

Brayden currently resides in Leawood. In his free time away from real estate Brayden enjoys hunting, fishing, sporting events, socializing and cooking.
